Kathryn’s Inspiration and Suggested Uses:
While visiting designer Robert Kime’s remodel of the Clarence House, I spotted the inspiration for this design in the future Queen Elizabeth II’s childhood bedroom. (I was given a tiny morsel which I reinvented into this design!) A multipurpose fabric perfect for a garden-inspired room. Also available as a wallpaper.

- Use a soft brush to remove dust, blot spills immediately with a clean white cloth. Only use cold water and mild, water-based cleaners. For deep cleaning, use a dry foam cleaner, or professional services to avoid excessive moisture, which can cause shrinkage.

Minimum Yardage Order: 3 yards, in 1-yard increments.
Dye Lots: At Kathryn M. Ireland Textiles & Design, we strive to provide fine fabrics that are consistent in color and printing across each order. For this reason, we typically limit our yardage inventory online so that we only pull yardage from a single Dye Lot per order. If you need more yardage than the ordering system says is available, please reach out to us directly and we'll let you know if a special order is possible.
A Note About Our Fabric Photography:
Photographing real fabric is an inexact science. If you have any questions about the exact colors of each fabric, your best bet is to order a sample.

Shipping Policy
- Shipping Time: Fabric Yardage is typically shipped via FedEx, either Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day. (UPS or USPS sometimes substituted.) Samples are typically sent via FedEx or USPS. All rates include Shipping, Handling, & Insurance.
- Shipping Cutoff: All orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 p.m. PT will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. PT, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the next business day.
- Shipping Areas: We ship to all contiguous U.S. states. No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses via our website at this time.
- Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order is shipped.
Returns Policy
- Returns: No returns for 5 yards of fabric and under, including samples. 20% restocking fee for 6+ yards.
- Return Window: Return claims must be submitted within 10 days of delivery date in order to be deemed legitimate.
- Return Process: Claims will not be accepted once fabric or wallpaper is cut or altered in any manner. Samples are non-refundable.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund minus 20% restocking fee will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

This collection was inspired by visits up and down the Eastern coastline, from Maine and Cape Cod to Palm Beach. The crisp white background, the weight and handle of the cotton linen cloth, mixed with the simplistic designs are ideal for a multitude of climates — anywhere from the Caribbean to the Scandinavian Archipelagos to either U.S. coast.
