Shipping Policy
- Shipping Time: Fabric Yardage and Wallpaper rolls are typically shipped via FedEx, either Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day. (UPS or USPS sometimes substituted.) Samples are typically sent via FedEx or USPS. All rates include Shipping, Handling, & Insurance.
- Shipping Cutoff: All orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 p.m. PT will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. PT, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the next business day.
- Shipping Areas: We ship to all contiguous U.S. states. No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses via our website at this time.
- Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order is shipped.
Returns Policy
- Returns: No returns for 5 yards of fabric and under, or 1 roll of wallpaper. No returns for samples. 20% restocking fee for 6+ yards of fabric or 2+ rolls of wallpaper.
- Return Window: Return claims must be submitted within 10 days of delivery date in order to be deemed legitimate.
- Return Process: Claims will not be accepted once fabric or wallpaper is cut or altered in any manner. Samples are non-refundable.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund minus 20% restocking fee will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
