Regularly dust the wallpaper to prevent buildup of allergens and dirt. For stains, act quickly and test any cleaning solution on a small, inconspicuous area first. Avoid excessive moisture and direct sunlight to prevent fading and peeling./dd>

Shipping Policy

• Shipping Time: Wallpaper Rolls are typically shipped via FedEx, either Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day. (UPS or USPS sometimes substituted.) Samples are typically sent via FedEx or USPS. All rates include Shipping, Handling, & Insurance.
• Shipping Cutoff: All orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 p.m. PT will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. PT, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the next business day.
• Shipping Areas: We ship to all contiguous U.S. states. No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.
• Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order is shipped.

Returns Policy

• Returns: No returns for 1 roll of wallpaper (5 yards) and under, including samples. 20% restocking fee for 2 rolls (10 yards) or more of wallpaper.
• Return Window: Return claims must be submitted within 10 days of delivery date in order to be deemed legitimate.
• Return Process: Claims will not be accepted once wallpaper is cut or altered in any manner.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund minus 20% restocking fee will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
